Products

All of our cookies are handcrafted in small batches using premium ingredients and are prepared in a licensed and inspected retail kitchen facility in Ontario.

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in appearance, size, and texture may occur and are considered part of the artisanal nature of our products.

We reserve the right to modify recipes, product offerings, pricing, or availability without prior notice.

Food Allergy Notice

Our products contain or may come into contact with common allergens, including:

• Wheat (Gluten)
• Milk
• Eggs
• Soy
• Peanuts
• Tree Nuts

While we take food safety seriously and provide ingredient and allergen information for every product, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for reviewing product information before placing an order.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Kuka's Cookies reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Product availability
• Pricing or website errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Incomplete or inaccurate customer information

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Applicable taxes and delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

We currently accept payment through Shopify's secure payment system and approved payment methods for orders placed by email.

Prices and promotions may change without notice.

Local Delivery

Kuka's Cookies currently offers local delivery within selected areas of Halton Region.

Delivery fees and service areas are outlined in our Local Delivery Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Once an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
